A tribute to my great-grandfather, founder of our House, this new cuvée is the result of a rigorous selection of grapes from parcels over 40 years old with low yields.

Special care is given to the vinification and aging of these cuvées in large oak casks.

The art of blending, inspired by the Solera method, is elevated to create the finest expression from our selected cuvées.

As connoisseurs often say, this method allows the older wine to educate the younger one. It also ensures consistency in style—a true guiding thread—while enhancing aromatic complexity.

The nose is intense and complex, with lightly candied citrus giving way to vanilla aromas, followed by subtle notes of honey and gingerbread.

Its generous palate gradually reveals layers of rich, indulgent aromas, ending in remarkable freshness. This cuvée offers a mouthfeel that is both flavorful and evolving, leaving a lasting impression of fullness and harmony.

Tasting

It pairs beautifully with refined, delicate, structured, and bold dishes (truffle toast, scallops, seared foie gras, turbot…).
The “Henri MERREAUX” cuvée offers a perfect balance between power and finesse, and can be left to age in the cellar—much to the delight of your taste buds.
