The year 2015 was marked by a mild, wet autumn, a winter with no heavy frosts, drought, and exceptional sunshine in the rest of the season.
The 2015 vintage is rich and complex, pale yellow in colour, with a fine, discreet bead.
The bouquet is powerful, almost heady. The predominantly floral aromas are just waiting to be enjoyed.
The wine is long and velvety on the palate. The attack is powerful, with very present hints of citrus.
Less than 90 bottles in the cellar.
